
Captains, Suns to Play Doubleheader Saturday

(Eastlake, OH)â The Lake County Captains and Hagerstown Suns will play a doubleheader on Saturday, June 19th at Eastlake Ballpark beginning at 6:05 P.M. The teams will be making up Monday's game which was rained out in Hagerstown.
Tickets for Saturday's game, originally scheduled for 7:05, are good for both games of the doubleheader.
Gates will open at 5:00 P.M. on Saturday afternoon. Lake Hospital System will sponsor a giveaway of 2,000 authentic hospital scrub pants to the first 2,000 adults through the gates beginning at 5:00 P.M.
All pre-game festivities, such as the "Field of Dreams" team and ceremonial first pitches, will take place prior to the second game, which will begin 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Groups who have picnics scheduled will be served at the regular time of 6:00.
Both games will be seven innings. Hagerstown will be the home team in the first game, which will serve as the make-up game.
The Captains and Suns were rained out on Monday in what was to be the final game of a three-game series. The Captains won the first two games on Saturday and Sunday.
The weekend series, which begins Friday evening at 7:05, will finish the first half of the season. Fireworks will follow the game on Friday evening, and the Captains will celebrate Father's Day on Sunday afternoon at 2:05. From 1:15 to 1:30 Sunday, all fathers in attendance are invited to come on the field to play catch with their kids. Following Sunday's game, the Captains will travel to Delmarva to begin the second half of the season on Tuesday.
