Capitols to Host Main Camp and Annual Open to the Public All-Star Game

The Madison Capitols are thrilled to announce the eagerly anticipated return of their annual Main Camp from June 14th to June 18th. Furthermore, the organization is excited to invite fans, families, and hockey enthusiasts to witness the thrilling Main Camp All-Star Game on Saturday, June 17th, which will be open to the public.

Main Camp serves as a crucial event for the Madison Capitols, allowing the coaching staff to evaluate and select the most talented players for the upcoming season. Prospective athletes from all around the country will showcase their skills, tenacity, and determination during this intensive five-day camp held at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena.

During the Main Camp All-Star Game on Saturday, June 17th, fans will have a unique opportunity to witness the cream of the crop compete against each other, showcasing their exceptional skills and talent on the ice. This exhibition game promises to deliver a thrilling display of hockey prowess, giving fans a glimpse into the future of the Madison Capitols.

"We are really excited about our Main Camp and All-Star Game," said Andy Brandt, Head Coach and General Manager of the Madison Capitols. "This event is not only a vital step in our team's preparation for the upcoming season, but it is also an excellent opportunity for our passionate fans to witness the remarkable talent attempting to make our team. We encourage everyone to join us on Saturday night and experience the excitement of junior hockey at its finest."

The Capitols' annual Main Camp is an invitation-only event for players and scouts. However, the Main Camp All-Star Game on Saturday, June 17th, will be open to the public, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the puck dropping at 7:00 p.m. at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena. Admission is free to the public for the All-Star Game.

Along with the Main Camp, the Capitols will host their annual Goalie Camp the two days prior to Main Camp and their annual Futures Camp the two days following their Main Camp.
