Calgary wins fourth in a row, sits at 8 and 7 for the season

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Roughnecks clinched their fourth-straight win Saturday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome, taking out Panther City LC 14-4 in a game which saw Captain Curtis Dickson score six goals.

The Roughnecks had a comfortable lead early, piling on 10 goals in the first half whilst keeping Panther City to just one goal in each of the first two quarters. The Riggers added four more in the second half to take the win, and also claim the regular season series against Panther City 2-1.

Curtis Dickson led Calgary's offence, putting up 6 goals and 1 assist. Jesse King tallied 6 points for the Roughnecks with 2 goals and 4 assists, taking his total points this season to a career-high 80.

Tyler Pace (2g, 1a); Zach Currier (1g, 2a); Reece Callies (1g); Dan Taylor (1g, 1a) and Zach Herreweyers (1g, 1a) were the remaining goal scorers for the home side.

Christian Del Bianco made 29 saves in net, with backup goaltender Landon Kells making 5 saves off the seven shots he faced in the crease. The Roughnecks outshot Panther City 48-38.

The Roughnecks are now 8 and 7 with three games left in the regular season, currently sitting in third place in the West. The team heads to Vancouver next weekend for their final regular season match up with the Warriors on Saturday April 16. Fans can catch the action on TSN Direct or ESPN+ for U.S. viewers.
