
Butler, Lindbohm, Paajarvi and Rattie Rejoin Wolves

The Chicago Wolves announced Monday that defensemen Chris Butler and Petteri Lindbohm and forwards Magnus Paajarvi and Ty Rattie have returned to the team on loan. All four played key roles on last season's squad and will be ready for the season opener at 7 p.m. Saturday at Allstate Arena.
Butler, a 28-year-old St. Louis native, opened the 2014-15 season with the Wolves and delivered 1 goal and 8 assists in 14 games before joining the St. Louis Blues (NHL). Butler owns 13 goals and 71 assists in 382 career NHL appearances.
The 22-year-old Lindbohm made his North American debut last season and produced 6 goals and 12 assists in 53 regular-season games for the Wolves. He also played in all five Calder Cup Playoff games. The Helsinki, Finland, native added 2 goals and 1 assist in 23 games for St. Louis.
Paajarvi joined the Wolves at midseason last year and stacked up 11 goals and 18 assists in 36 regular-season games. The 24-year-old Norrkoping, Sweden, native added a team-high 3 goals in 5 postseason games for Chicago. He boasts 32 goals and 39 assists in 228 career NHL appearances.
Rattie has been the Wolves' top scorer over the last two seasons as he has contributed 52 goals and 38 assists in 131 regular-season games. The 22-year-old right wing from Airdrie, Alberta, has played in 13 NHL games and provided 2 assists.
The Wolves open the American Hockey League's regular season on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. against Milwaukee.
