Busy Week Ahead as Hockey Returns to First Arena

First Arena is wasting no time getting into full gear for the 2010-2011 season, as the building will host a season ticket holder pickup party on Wednesday, two Elmira Jackals preseason games on Thursday and Friday along with a Travis Tritt concert on Saturday.
The season ticket holder pickup party is at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and will feature a 4-on-4 Jackals scrimmage as the Jackals prepare for their preseason games. The scrimmage is open exclusively to season ticket holders.
The Jackals preseason games are against the Reading Royals on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. and the Trenton Devils on Friday at 7:35 p.m. The two contests will help shape the Jackals' opening night roster and also will serve as an Atlantic Division preview, as the Jackals battle their two rivals a combined 31 times during the season.
Tickets are available for both games and range from $12-$24. Season ticket holders receive tickets to preseason games at no costs. The 4-on-4 scrimmage and complimentary preseason games are just a few of the advantages of being a season ticket holder. Call (607) 734-PUCK (7825) to reserve your season tickets today.
Limited seating remains for the Travis Tritt concert on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at First Arena. Tritt has performed mutliple Number One hits and with an intimate setting planned for the concert, the show promises to be one fans will remember forever.
