Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (24-35-1-7) conclude their two-game set against the Stockton Thunder (35-26-5-4), tonight, at the Cow Palace. This is the 13th and final meeting between these two clubs this season, with the Bulls leading the season series 14 points to 13 points.

In their first game since officially clinching a playoff birth, last night San Francisco lost a heartbreaker to the Thunder, 2-1, in a shootout. The Bulls got on the board first with three minutes remaining in the second period. The goal came from Daultan Leveille, with assists from Nick Czinder and Dylan King. In the final second of the third period, after a fury of shots, Stockton managed to get the equalizer. The game remained tied at 1-1 after overtime, pushing the game to a shootout. Bryan Cameron scored the lone shootout goal for the Bulls, and the Thunder managed to put away two goals to seal the win. San Francisco outshot Stockton 38-34.

The new faces quickly made an impact, with Leveille picking up his first goal and Czinder also registering an assist, their first points in a Bulls uniform. Despite the loss Taylor Nelson also played beautifully. In the third period alone he was bombarded with 17 shots, and finished with 32 saves.

Yesterday, San Francisco made a couple more roster moves, announcing the signing of goalie Travis Fullerton to an amateur tryout contract. In 13 games played with the University of New Brunswick last year, he went 11-1 with a 1.67 GAA and a .909 save percentage. In addition, the Bulls released forward Eddie Gale.

The Stockton Thunder are in fourth place in the Western Conference with 79 points. They are 14 points behind the Idaho Steelheads and six points up on the Colorado Eagles. San Francisco is in eighth place in the Western Conference with 56 points. They are eight points back of the Utah Grizzlies.

Tonight the Bulls are celebrating LGBTQ Night! Most of the Bulls game-worn orange jerseys will be auctioned off, with a portion of the proceeds going to the You Can Play Project. A portion of the proceeds from special group tickets will also be going to SF Pride. In addition, the first 2,000 fans will receive a Bulls rally towel or cowbell.

Tomorrow, the Bulls are back in action when they head to Bakersfield to take on the Condors at 5:00 pm. Next Wednesday, March 27, the Bulls return home to begin their final home series of the regular season. They will be taking on the Idaho Steelheads at 7:15. Call 855-SF-BULLS for tickets!
