Bulldogs schedule format released

Hamilton Bulldogs News Release
The Hamilton Bulldogs are excited to announce the hockey club's 2004-05 schedule format as was approved by the American Hockey League's Board of Governors.
The Bulldogs 2004-05 eighty-game schedule, which includes 40 home dates and 40 road dates, will feature the Bulldogs playing the same opponents as this past season. The Bulldogs will once again play two of their biggest North Division rivals, the St. JohnÃs Maple Leafs and the Toronto Roadrunners, a total of 12 times each, respectively. Hamilton will also play familiar teams within the division including: the Rochester Americans (10 games), the Cleveland Barons (10 games), the Manitoba Moose (8 games) and the Syracuse Crunch (6 games).
Also this season, the Bulldogs will face-off against the AHL Western Conference's Chicago Wolves (4 games), the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks (4 games), the Grand Rapids Griffins (4 games) and the 2004 Calder Cup Champion - Milwaukee Admirals (4 games).
The Bulldogs will round out the schedule by facing the AHL Eastern Conference's Philadelphia Phantoms (2 games), the Binghamton Senators (2 games) and the Albany River Rats (2 games).
The entire 2004-05 American Hockey League schedule is expected to be announced early next month.
