Bulldogs Return To Steeltown; Trim Training Camp Roster

HAMILTON, ON - Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today the assignment of six players to the ECHL's Cincinnati Cyclones. Forwards Thomas Beauregard, Ben Gordon, Olivier Latendresse, Kyle Rank, defenceman Matt MacDonald and goaltender Loic Lacasse will report to the defending Kelly Cup Champions, who open training camp today. The 'Dogs also announced that forwards John Hewko and Stephen Yetman have been released from their Amateur Tryout (A.T.O.) contracts.

After winning the inaugural Iceberg Cup, a three-team tournament featuring the Hamilton Bulldogs, Manitoba Moose and Toronto Marlies, the Bulldogs will return to the ice at Copps Coliseum in Hamilton today, tomorrow and Thursday to prepare for their 13th AHL season which will begin on Friday, October 10th and Saturday October 11th with back-to-back games versus the Moose at MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The 'Dogs 2008-2009 home opener will take place Friday, October 17th, at 7:30 p.m. when they will battle the Hartford Wolf Pack at Copps Coliseum. 2008-2009 Hamilton Bulldogs single-game and season tickets are now available!
