San Jose Sharks Reduce Training Camp Roster By Two

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has assigned two players from the 2008-09 San Jose Sharks Training Camp to their Worcester. The moves leave 27 players remaining in camp.

Mike Moore D Worcester Signed as a free agent, April 8, 2008

The Worcester Sharks will open their third season in Lowell on Saturday, October 11th at 7:00 p.m. Worcester will then travel to Glens Falls in New York to battle the River Rats on the October 17th at 7:30 p.m., and then return home for the team's home opener against Providence on October 18th at 7:05 p.m. The first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive All-Star bobbleheads and magnet schedules courtesy of Charter Communications! All fans will also be treated to a pre-game concert by Joshua Tree, a U2 tribute band! Joshua Tree will perform a post game concert at the Boston Billiard Club at Worcester!
