Hamilton Bulldogs News Release
The Hamilton Bulldogs will look to stay at the top of the American Hockey League standings as they hit the road to play four games this week. The Bulldogs currently have a record of 19 wins, 6 losses, 1 tie and 2 overtime losses, which gives the club 41 points on the season. Hamilton managed to earn at least one point in each of the team's four games this past week (three wins and one overtime loss).
This week the Bulldogs will travel to St. John's for games on Tues., Dec. 10 (6:05 p.m.) & Wed., Dec. 11 (6:05 p.m.). After Wednesday's game the Bulldogs will then head to Grand Rapids on Fri., Dec. 13 (7:30 p.m.) to play the Griffins and then wrap up the road trip with a contest in Cincinnati against the Mighty Ducks on Sat., Dec. 14 (7:35 p.m.).

BULLDOGS LOOK TO BREAK RECORD ON TUESDAY:
The Hamilton Bulldogs will look to win their six consecutive road game when they face-off against the Maple Leafs in St. John's on Tuesday. The Bulldogs tied the franchise mark of five straight road wins when they defeated the Cleveland Barons 3-1 at the Gund Arena on Saturday.
BULLDOGS Y108 TOY TOSS A SUCCESS:
The Hamilton Bulldogs collected 1,486 toys off the ice of Copps Coliseum after the Bulldogs scored their first goal in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Barons. Bulldogs fans graciously threw the toys on the ice, which have been collected and will be donated to children through local charities.
BULLDOGS HAD RECORD SETTING WIN:
The Hamilton Bulldogs broke 13 team records, tied two team records and tied one AHL record when they defeated the Cleveland Barons 15-1 on Sunday. The Bulldogs set new franchise marks for fastest six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen and fifteen goals in a game. Hamilton also set new team records for largest margin of victory (14), and most goals scored in a game (15). Chad Hinz (1g,5a) set a new Bulldogs record for most points in a game as he accumulated six points. Records tied included most power play goals in a game (4) and most assists by a Bulldogs player (Hinz â 5 assists). The Bulldogs also tied an AHL record for largest margin of victory.
