Bulldogs Acquire Ranvir Gill-Shane from Ottawa

HAMILTON, ONTARIO. Hamilton Bulldogs President & General Manager Steve Staios announced the acquisition of defenseman Ranvir Gill-Shane from the Ottawa 67s on Friday, in exchange for an 8th round draft selection in 2024.
Gill-Shane, an Ottawa product, appeared in 57 games for the 67s last season, recording 10 assists and leading the team in plus/minus. Originally a 4th round, 83rd overall, selection in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection Draft, Gill-Shane has skated in 66 games over a pair of OHL seasons in Ottawa.
Gill-Shane is expected to be in the lineup when the Bulldogs open the 2022-23 season taking on the Guleph Storm at the Sleeman Centre on Friday night with a 7:30 puck drop.
