'Bugs Look to Rock Oilers Tomorrow at CTC

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Get ready for a rockin' good time tomorrow night at the CenturyTel Center as the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs host the Tulsa Oilers in their second home game of the season at our new weeknight opening faceoff time of 6:35 pm. "ROCKtoberfest" the theme for Tuesday's game, which is presented by 98 Rocks.
Mudbugs fans are encouraged to wear their best Rock 'N Roll outfit to the game to help us get into the "rock star" state of mind as the 'Bugs battle the Oilers. A few contestants will even be chosen for an air guitar competition at the first intermission. During the second intermission, two lucky fans will participate in the Rent One "One Shot to Win" game, with the winner getting an opportunity to win a 50-inch plasma TV from Rent One later in the season!
Both the Mudbugs and Oilers bring identical 2-0-0 records into tomorrow night's contest after the 'Bugs swept a home-and-home series against Mississippi and the Oilers did the same vs. Wichita during opening weekend. Bossier-Shreveport has won 14 consecutive games against Tulsa over the last two seasons, sweeping the season series with the Oilers in both 2008-09 and 2009-10.
