CORPUS CHRISTI, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League start a three-game road trip tonight when they travel to take on the Corpus Christi Ice Rays at the American Bank Center. Game time is 7:05pm.

Laredo enters tonight's game tied for third place in the Southern Conference with Texas having played one more game than the Brahmas (49 to 48). Texashosts Wichita tonight.
The Bucks remained unbeaten in regulation against the Bees this season (8-0-3) with Thursday night's 6-5 victory at the LEC. Todd Griffith led the way with two goals. The Bucks have won five of their last seven games (5-1-1).
Jeff Bes will pass Serge Dube tonight as the Bucks all-time games played leader. Bes enters tonight tied with Dube having played 383 games in Laredo.
Adam Rivet will tie Steve Weidlich tonight for fourth place all-time in Bucks history with 301 games played. Rivet played in his 300th career game Thursday night.
The Bucks and Ice Rays will meet for the final time this season in Corpus tonight with Laredo looking for their first win there since December 17th when they posted a 2-0 victory.
Laredo has won six of their last nine road games (6-3).
Laredo will continue their fourth straight weekend three-in-three Friday night. Starting the weekend of Jan 29th Bucks will play three games in three nights in seven straight weekends. In all, from January 29th-March 14th the Bucks will play 22 games in 44 days (10 home, 9 away). They are 7-3-2 in that span.
The Ice Rays enter tonight's game sitting in the fifth and final playoff spot in the Southern Conference. Corpus is two points ahead of Rio and eight points behind Laredo.
The Bucks will continue their three-game road trip Saturday in Rio Grande Valley with a special 1:05pm start time.
**SKATING FOR HAITI FRIDAY AT LEC**
The Laredo Entertainment Center and the Laredo Bucks are teaming up with the Laredoans for Haiti Relief Project coordinators to raise funds for this great cause.
The LEC is opening up its doors on Friday, February 19th at 12 noon for public skate sessions. There will be a total of seven sessions throughout the day, and all it takes is a minimum of $5 to skate for one hour.
**BUCKS TO GIVE OUT "RIVALRY T-SHIRTS" FEB 26TH**
When the Bucks host Rio Grande Valley on Friday February 26th the first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC will receive a FREE Bucks/Bees "rivalry t-shirt". There will be a post-game skate following the rivalry game between the Bucks and Bees.
**GIVE BLOOD, PLAY HOCKEY FEB 27TH**
The Bucks will hold "Give Blood, Play Hockey" on Saturday February 27 at the LEC. The blood drive runs from 8am-7pm in the concourse of the arena. Everyone who donates blood will receive TWO FREE TICKETS to the game, along with many other gifts.
