Darryl Smith returned to the Bucks line-up Tuesday night, after a four-game call-up with the AHL's Houston Aeros. Smith picked up an assist in the Bucks 6-3 loss to Rio Tuesday night, with Erick Lizon tallying twice.

Smith leads all CHL rookies in scoring with 39 points (19-20=39).

Bossier currently sits one point behind Oklahoma City in the Northeast Division.

The Mudbugs beat Corpus Christi 4-1 Thursday night, getting goals from four different players in the win.

Bossier has a busy schedule this week, as they beat Mississippi 5-3 Tuesday night, before embarking on a South Texas three-in-three. After playing in Corpus Thursday, the Mudbugs will travel to the LEC Friday, and Rio Grande Valley on Saturday.

The Mudbugs have won two straight games.
