The Bucks and the Brahmas will play for the first time ever as division opponents tonight. Texas shifted to the Southeast Division for the 2008-09 campaign, after spending the past several years in the Northern Conference.
Laredo won their fourth straight game Friday night, as they beat the Arizona Sundogs 5-3 at the LEC. Jeff Bes and Darryl Smith each tallied twice, with Sebastien Centomo picking up 25 saves.
Bes, who leads the CHL in scoring with 39 points (7-32=39), extended his league-high point streak to 17 games. Smith now has a nine game point streak.
The Brahmas come into tonight's game three points behind the Bucks in the division, after a 4-0 shutout of Bossier on Friday night.
Laredo returns home Wednesday December 10th when they host New Mexico. The four for $40 is back for the holiday's, buy four tickets for just $40. Call 718-BUCK (2825).
