CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks of the American Hockey League were assigned goaltender Ilja Bryzgalov by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim on Monday.
Bryzgalov, a second-round pick by Anaheim in 2000, is 2-14-3 with a 3.26 goals-against average and .904 save percentage in 23 games with Cincinnati this season. He has not appeared in a game for Anaheim this season.
Goaltender Gregg Naumenko was released.
