
Brown loaned to AHL Cincinnati

Lafayette, LA â Louisiana IceGators forward Bobby Brown has been loaned to AHL Cincinnati, IceGators head coach and vice president of hockey operations Dave Farrish announced Wednesday.
Brown is expected to join the Mighty Ducks in time for their game tonight in Grand Rapids. The Ducks are 5-6-2-2 for 14 points, tied for second place in the AHL's Central Division. Cincinnati also plays on the road Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Mighty Ducks also recalled goaltender Scott Stirling from ECHL Atlantic City and Richard Keyes from UHL Kalamazoo.
Brown is the IceGators' second-leading scorer with 20 points (6g, 14a) in 16 games. Brown, an alternate captain, is also second on the team in assists, one behind Kevin Mitchell.
Louisiana begins a five-game homestand Friday with a 7:05 p.m. game against Baton Rouge, followed by games Saturday at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday at 4:05 p.m. against the Columbus Cottonmouths.
