Bristol Pirates Set 2019 Promotional Schedule

The Bristol Pirates have released their 2019 promotional schedule, which will feature a variety of theme nights and daily specials over the course of the Pirates' 34 home games this summer.

This season will see the return of the $2 Tuesdays, $1 Dog Wednesdays and Church Bulletin Night promotions from 2018. The Pirates will also hold the annual Merchants Night event on June 29, which will coincide with a Red Cross Blood Drive at the ballpark.

In addition, Boyce Cox Field will host several organizations over the course of the season, including Food City Night on July 8, Virginia Highlands Community College Night on July 12 and Jersey Mikes Night on July 30.

The Pirates will hold three costume nights this season that will feature a contest for best fan costume. The first costume night will be on June 22 when the Pirates will host Superhero Night, and then on July 26 and July 27 it will be 70s Disco Boogie Night and Hawaiian Luau Night at Boyce Cox Field.

The Bristol Pirates will kick off the summer on June 17 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the annual Pirate Fest event before opening their season on June 18 at 6:30 p.m. when they host the Burlington Royals.
