Elmira, NY - The Elmira Jackals announced today the details for the Invitation-Only - Break The Ice Reception with Head Coach Perry Florio and others.
On Friday September 30th at 7:00 pm on the First Arena floor, 2005-2006 Elmira Jackals Season Ticket Holders, Suite Holders and Sponsors are invited to an exclusive reception to meet and greet Jackals Head Coach Perry Florio and his family, First Arena General Mike Marinaccio and his family, Jackals owner Dr. Mostafa Afr, Jackals President Tamer Afr and Vice President Angela Carrasco.
"I am very excited to see the team Perry is assembling on the ice," said Dr. Afr. "This reception is a great way for our staff , season ticket holders, suite holders and sponsors to get together and kick off training camp and the road to the Colonial Cup."
The reception will include appetizers, soft drinks and a cash bar all available on the Main Arena floor. This is the last activity to be held in the Main Arena before the Arena staff begins to create ice for the regular season.
DON'T FORGET!! This Friday, September 23rd, the Jackals are holding a special blow out version of Rock & Skate from 8-10 pm at the First Arena Rec Rink to benefit the American Red Cross in its efforts to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Come skate with the Jackals and bid on special auction items such as a pregame party in the Jackals Den and an intermission ride on the Zamboni all for a great cause! Don't miss the exciting Lipizzaner Stallions performing LIVE at the First Arena Thursday September 29th at 7:30 pm.
