Stubby Clapp finished with two hits and four RBI to lead the Richmond Braves past the Ottawa Lynx, 12-2, in a rain-shortened game.

Clapp keyed a four-run first inning with a bases-clearing triple and ripped an RBI three-bagger in the fourth. Johnny Estrada, who also scored twice, ripped a two-run double in the second inning for Richmond, which evened its record at 20-20.

Andy Pratt (1-3) allowed two runs, three hits and four walks with nine strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings to pick up the win.

Dinardo's Skis and Wheels Hit for the Cycle Night! - May 17, 2003 @ 7:05 pm. One KHS mountain bike will be given away per inning and if a Lynx player hits for the cycle, one lucky fan will walk away with $25,000!!!

Motorcycle Awareness Day - May 18, 2003 @ 1:05 pm. Motorcycles will be on display and motorcycle dealerships and related groups will set up tables on the concourse. Part of the proceeds raised will go to the Ride for Dad event, which raises money for prostate cancer. Capital Mission will be present to take new shoe donations.

CJOH Brunch at the Ballpark to benefit CHEO - May 19, 2003 @ 10:00 am. For $12, enjoy brunch at the ballpark and the chance to mingle with CJOH celebs. This price does not include a game day ticket. Net proceeds will go to CHEO. Brunch will kicks off at 10 am at the stadium.

Seniors Day - Thursday May 20, 2003 @ 12:05 pm. The Heart and Stroke Foundation will have a table set up on the concourse and have equipment available to take your blood pressure for FREE.
