NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas - Chad Woollard and Phil Fox provided the offense for the the Brahmas (11-9-3) Saturday night, as Fort Worth defeated the Arizona Sundogs by the score of 4-1.
Chad Woollard got the scoring started at the 12:05 mark of the first period as he stepped in front of Arizona netminder Adam Russo and deflected a Ross Rouleau slapshot from the half-wall into the back of the net.
Phil Fox, who entered the game with a team-high 10 goals and 18 points, extended the lead to 2-0 4:53 into the second period as he buried home a rebound off of a Calin Wild shot.
Woollard notched his second goal of the night and fifth of the season just 0:24 into the third period as he too finished a rebound - this one off of a Rouleau wrister.
Matt Tassone ended the Arizona drought with 5:45 to play in regulation with his third goal of the season, first with the Sundogs. But only 49 seconds later, Fox got the score back, finding the back of the net for the second time of the night and 12th time this season.
Westblom (5-1-1) was once again stingy between the posts for the Brahmas, making 17 saves on 18 shots. The 25-year-old goalie improved on his league-leading goals against average (1.41) and save percentage (.936).
Russo stopped 25 of the 29 shots he faced, falling to 4-5-3 on the season.

The Brahmas are back in action tomorrow afternoon at 4:00pm at the NYTEX Sports Centre for a Sunday matinee versus the Wichita Thunder. The matchup will be the fourth meeting between the two teams.
