
Boulders Take Second Game of Series

It was all Rockland in this contest as they rolled past New Jersey by the score of 10-2. After a scoreless first inning of play, the Boulders took control scoring all 10 of their runs over the next four innings and cruised to an easy win.
The Boulders pounded out 15 hits in the contest with four batters having multi-hit outings. Rylan Sandoval went 3-for-5 with a double, two runs scored and two RBIs while Conrad Gregor contributed three hits in four at-bats along with a run scored, two stolen bases and two RBIs. Kevin Krause and JC Rodriguez also chipped in two hits apiece for Rockland.
Boulders starting pitcher David Palladino tossed six shutout innings and earned his fifth win of the year. Palladino allowed a walk and three hits while striking out four hitters in an 85-pitch performance.
For the Jackals in the loss, Connor Hofmann had a 2-for-5 game with two RBIs.
