Edmonton, July 13, 2010 - Following a career-best eight-tackle performance in the Montreal Alouettes 33-23 win over the Eskimos last Sunday, Montreal free safety Etienne Boulay has been named the Gibson's finest CFL Canadian Player of the Week for Week 2.

On top of his eight tackles, Boulay picked off Eskimo pivot Ricky Ray late in the game for a key turnover that the Alouettes converted into a key game-clinching touchdown.

The Als will face the Lions at Vancouver's Empire Field this Friday, July 16 at 10 p.m. (RDSHD, TSNHD, NRJ, CJAD, CHOM, SIRIUS 98).
