
Bombers Prepare To Host Eskimos On Friday Night Football

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers continue preparations for Friday night's clash with the Edmonton Eskimos (6:30 p.m.) at Canad Inns Stadium.
The Winnipeg Football Club and the Winnipeg Fire Department have joined forces to help promote Fire Prevention Week from October 4-10, 2009. The pre game party theme in the South end zone will be 'STAY FIRE SMART -DON'T GET BURNED', featuring a live musical performance by Floor Thirteen. Burn Prevention Booths will be set up on the East and West sides where young fans can enter for a draw for an aerial ladder bucket ride.

Blue Lightning calendars are on sale at the Bomber Stores for $15.00 and available at all home games.
