
Ticats Floyd Named Defensive Player Of The Month

Hamilton, Ontario - Hamilton Tiger-Cats linebacker Otis Floyd has been named the Canadian Football League's Defensive Player of the Month in recognition of his stellar play in September.
Floyd recorded 21 defensive tackles and three quarterback sacks over the course of September, which saw the veteran linebacker lead the Black and Gold to victories against the Toronto Argonauts and Calgary Stampeders.
In his first season as a Ticat, Floyd has registered 46 defensive tackles, three quarterback sacks and one interception.
Ticats linebacker Jamall Johnson was named runner-up as Defensive Player of the Month.
