Jersey Shore BlueClaws News Release
LAKEWOOD, N.J. - Those looking for an affordable way to acquire products of many kinds for area children now have a new outlet, Jersey Shore Kids Consignment.
The BlueClaws will host Jersey Shore Kids Consignment's inaugural sale at FirstEnergy Park from October 10 - October 12. The sale runs from 9 am - 6 pm on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11, and then from 10 am - 8 pm on Monday, October 12.
The sale is a great way for parents to earn money through selling clothing and other items that their children have grown out of, no longer want, or no longer need.
Anyone interested in consigning through Jersey Shore Kids Consignment can contact Casey Coppinger at 732-901-7000 x 179. Clothing will also be accepted in sizes "Preemie" to "Boys/Girls size 20."
Goods that will be accepted include: stroller, highchairs, cribs and dressers, changing tables, swings, toys, bikes, games (with all pieces), children's DVDs, and costumes.
Consigners can set the price of their own goods and will receive 65% of each sale and receive the chance to shop early.
"This is a great way to both buy and sell merchandise to benefit area children," said BlueClaws General Manager Geoff Brown. "This sale will provide excellent opportunities at affordable prices for families across Ocean and Monmouth Counties."
In addition to consigners, Jersey Shore Kids Consignment is looking for volunteers to work the sale. Consigners and volunteers will receive a pre- sale pass that allows them to shop early, before the sale is open to the general public.
Anyone with questions or inquiries about consigning, volunteering, or anything related to Jersey Shore Kids Consignment, can contact Casey Coppinger at 732- 901-7000 x 179 or ccoppinger@blueclaws.com.
The Lakewood BlueClaws have led the South Atlantic League in average or overall attendance in each of their eight seasons. This year, they are expected to become the fastest team in both South Atlantic League and New Jersey history to eclipse the 4- million fan plateau.
By winning the first-half championship, the BlueClaws have made the playoffs for the second time in franchise history. Playoff four-packs are on sale now by calling the BlueClaws.
