Durham Bulls News Release
Durham, NC - The Durham Bulls today announced the Blue Moon Community Created Painting Event coming to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on July 24th & 25th when the Bulls take on the Chiefs.
Blue Moon Brewing Company was born back in '95 in Denver, Colorado, and their home, affectionately called "The SandLot," is the first brewery ever built in a baseball stadium. The Community Created Painting Event allows consumers (aged 21+) to sample and interact with the Blue Moon brand while helping create a Blue Moon ad.
Blue Moon takes an artistic approach to brewing - and everything we do. This weekend, Blue Moon invites Durham fans and Blue Moon fans to work together to develop an artfully crafted mural. Artists of all skill levels (including no skill) are welcome. Muralists will be on hand to help everyone add their brushstrokes to create an artfully crafted portrait of Blue Moon that will wow the entire community. Blue Moon will proudly display the final creation on a local billboard.
Tickets to the July 24th & 25th games between the Bulls and the Chiefs are available at www.durhambulls.com or by phone at (919) 687-6516.
