Blue Bombers to Host Women's Football Clinic

WINNIPEG, MB - October 11, 2013 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers Women's Football Clinic is back for 2013! This year's clinic will be held on Thursday, October 17th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Investors Group Field, rain or shine.
A portion of the proceeds from each registration fee will go to support the Keeping Abreast Fund, as part of the CFL's breast cancer awareness initiative through the month of October.
The Women's Football Clinic is a great opportunity for experts and rookies alike to have some fun learning the rules of the game and experiencing what it's like to play on a professional football field.
Attendees will get right into the action as they take part in on-field drills and equipment demonstrations run by current Bombers players. They'll also enjoy a Q&A with the players and a post-event reception in the Pinnacle Club from 8:00pm - 9:30pm.
All women who sign up will receive two tickets to the October 19th home game, when the Bombers host the Toronto Argonauts at 2:30pm at Investors Group Field.
Space is limited so register early! Tickets are $70.00 plus GST (partial tax receipt provided).
