(Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announces import middle linebacker JC Sherritt is out indefinitely after re-fracturing his left thumb on October 5 when the Eskimos hosted the Montreal Alouettes.
Sherritt initially fractured his thumb in Week 6 against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He underwent successful surgery during bye-week and returned to the roster after missing four games.
