Bloomington Extreme Announce 2011 Schedule and Ticket Prices

BLOOMINGTON (Ill.) - The Indoor Football League has announced its 2011 league schedule. With that announcement, the Bloomington Extreme announce the start times for their 7 regular season home games, along with season, group, and individual ticket prices for the 2011 season.

The Extreme will compete in the Great Lakes Division of the United Conference, along with division foes Chicago, Green Bay, and La Crosse. The Extreme will play a home and home series with each of the three division rivals. The season is highlighted by an Opening Day game on February 27 that will kick off at 3:05 on Sunday afternoon against the Richmond Revolution who went 13-1 in 2010 and were led by league MVP and former Virginia Tech star quarterback, Bryan Randall. Ten of the Extreme's fourteen regular season home games will be played against teams that qualified for the playoffs in 2010 (The Reading Express qualified for the AIFA playoffs in 2010). The Extreme will play their first ever games against expansion teams - Nebraska Danger and the Lehigh Valley (PA) Steelhawks. The Extreme also play a home and home series with Great Plains Division member, the Wichita Wild, who is responsible for knocking the Extreme out of the playoffs the past two seasons. The Extreme will make a trip to the 2010 IFL runners-up, the Sioux Falls Storm, who recently signed two time IFL MVP, quarterback Chris Dixon. The Extreme's 2011 schedule features one game to be played on a Sunday with a 3:05 start time, three Friday night contests beginning at 7:05, and three Saturday dates that will also kick off at 7:05.

The Bloomington Extreme ticket prices will remain at the same price levels as the past two seasons but will now also include a couple of additional options and incentives. In addition to the Extreme Front Row Tickets, Sideline Seats, and End Zone Seats that have existed , the Extreme are pleased to introduce the Extreme Premier section which includes a hot dog, soda, and popcorn included in with each ticket purchased in section 104. The Extreme will also be offering their "Top Row" season ticket package for only $69! Extreme Seats will remain at $7 for individual game purchasers for day of game sales only. Groups can receive up to 40% off the regular ticket price by purchasing 15 or more tickets. The Extreme will also offer Party Suite and Private Group areas which include catering options.
