Fort Collins, CO- The Colorado ICE have released their 2011 season schedule, with the season opening exhibition game set to kick-off on Thursday, February 17th at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colorado. The home schedule includes old rivals and new teams to the IFL such as the Amarillo Venom on February 25th, the Wyoming Cavalry on March 6th and April 17th, the Wenatchee Valley Venom on March 19th, the Arizona Adrenaline on May 1st, the Tri-Cities Fever on May 20th and the Allen Wranglers on June 4th.
ICE head coach Collins Sanders stated, "The ICE are looking forward to the 2011 season. We will be facing new teams in the league; which will bring new regional rivalries with the Wyoming Cavalry playing in Casper and the Nebraska Danger playing in Grand Island. The ICE have a solid core of returning players, as well as some talented new players that will be joining the organization for the 2011 season."
The Colorado ICE will be in the Intense Conference - Mountain West Division with two new teams to the IFL; the Arizona Adrenaline playing out of Prescott Valley, Arizona and the Wyoming Cavalry playing out of Casper, Wyoming.
