M*A*S*H REPORT: Assist leader Brodie Sheahan entered the lineup on Sunday for the first time since December 23 after missing 10 games due to a shoulder injury, and promptly added a helper to increase his team lead to 18 assists. Current Blaze goal- and points-leader Jon Booras remains on the 30-day injured reserve list due to a hamstring injury, and is expected to miss an extended period. Vladimir Nikiforov leads active Blaze skaters in scoring with 11 goals and 17 assists for 28 points. Kyle Laughlin leads the Blaze in goals with 13, with his last two tallies serving as game-winners.

ROSTER MOVES: The Blaze resigned forward Chris Ferazzoli during the weekend. The New York native played in two games early this month with the Blaze but did not register a point. The Blaze waived forward Marc Rechlicz, who collected one assist and 56 penalty minutes in 28 games this season.

ARIZONA CONSTELLATION: Defenseman Aaron Dawson was part of the victorious All-Star squad, which took a 6-4 win over the host Arizona Sundogs in the Central Hockey League All-Star Game last Wednesday in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The Peoria, Illinois resident put two shots on net and earned a plus-one rating for the game. Dawson has seven goals with eight assists for 15 points, and he is tied for fifth in the league in goals by defensemen.

ROLE REVERSAL: Vladimir Nikiforov has picked up a point in 18 of his 23 games with the Blaze, and while he leads the Blaze in scoring, he picked up just one assist in the three weekend games. After picking up just one goal in his first 12 games with the Blaze, Jordy Trottier quadrupled that mark with three weekend scores. Trottier began with an unassisted tally to open the scoring on Friday at Fort Wayne, and picked up both lamp-lighters in Sunday's victory over Quad City. Trottier now has four goals, but has yet to pick up an assist.

Group ticket packages and eight-game Pyro Packs are available for the remaining 13 home games. A complete schedule and more information about the Blaze are available at www.bloomingtonblaze.com.
