
Blizzard set to take on Coyotes

Green Bay, WI âThe (1-3) Green Bay Blizzard is taking a three game losing streak into Saturday's game against the (0-4) Central Valley Coyotes. This being the second home game of the season for the Blizzard, they have the next three games inside the friendly confines of the Resch Center.
Blizzard OS Randall Lane is still on fire as he is first in the af2 in scoring (84) and touchdowns (14). Lane is setting a blistering pace for scoring as he is on pace for 336 points which would be a new af2 single season record. The all-time record is 284 points by Shon King in the 2000 season. QB Chris Greisen takes the helm again after missing last week's game due to a personal commitment. Greisen playing in only one full game this season has 16 touchdowns on the year with 591 yards.
The Coyotes are led by QB Wesley Phillips, son of former NFL Head Coach Wade Phillips. Phillips has completed 45 of 86 for 524 yards with 8 touchdowns and 5 interceptions. Phillips' main targets are OS Kenyatte Morgan and WR/DB LaMonte Jones.
The Blizzard have placed QB Dennis Gile (Central Missouri State) on re-assignment and assigned WR/LB Tony Ebeling (Northern Michigan).
