
Blazers Special In Win Over Cougars

The Blazers went 2-for-6 on the powerplay and 7-for-7 on the penalty kill in a 4-3 win over the Cougars on Friday night in PG.
Zak Stebner scored both powerplay goals for the visitors with singles going to Shayne Wiebe and Tyler Shattock - both scoring their 26th goals of the season with Shattock's standing up as the game winner. Brett Connolly and Nick Buonassisi scored for the Cougars as they outshot the Blazers 37-28.
Justin Leclerc made 34 saves for the win while Kevin Armstrong took the loss for the Cougars.
The two teams will meet again Saturday in Prince George.
