JOPLIN, MO. - The Joplin Blasters and Sodexo would like to acknowledge the tragic events involving one of our concession employees, Kristina Thompson, on Wednesday afternoon.Â
"I am deeply saddened by this tragic event and our prayers, thoughts and support are with Kristina Thompson and her family and friends during this difficult time," said Sodexo Manager Tim Lewis. "We are also committed to providing support resources to any of our employees at Joe Becker Stadium struggling with this tragedy. I defer all questions to the police department investigating this case."
We ask that all of our fans and the entire Four States Community send their thoughts and prayers to Kristina and her family as they go through this difficult time.
