
Blades recognize teacher

The Saskatoon Blades continued a new initiative on Wednesday morning at Wildwood School when the team presented Mr. Kim Gisi with the second Assante Wealth Management Teacher Recognition Award of the season.
The Assante Wealth Management Teacher Recognition Program is a new initiative for 2007/08 and allows students to publicly thank their teachers for hard work and commitment that they show to allow their students every possible outlet to achieve an excellence in education.
Blades players Braden Holtby, Sam Klassen, Jyri Niemi, and McCrae, as well as Global Television, were in attendance at Wildwood School and awarded Grade 8 teacher Mr. Gisi with a gift basket and tickets to a Blades home game courtesy of Assante Wealth Management.
