Tonight... It's back on the road for the Saskatoon Blades as they open a 6-game season series with the Moose Jaw Warriors. Saskatoon will be looking to get back into the win column after suffering a 4-2 loss last night at home to the Kootenay ICE. The Blades are 5-3-1-0 on the road this season. As for the Warriors, they're 3-3-2-0 at home and they'll be looking to gain some ground in the East Division currently sitting 4 points behind Brandon for 3rd in the division. They should also have rest on their side having not played since last Saturday in Medicine Hat, where they won 4-3 in a shootout.
Head to head... It's game 1 of 6 on the season between the Blades and Warriors. Moose Jaw won last year's series 5-1. The Blades come in with a +2 goal differential while the Warriors are -8. Moose Jaw will try to keep their streak alive at home against Saskatoon; they're 9-0-0-1 in the last 10 visits from the Blades.
