Blades Gearing up for Merlin Ford Lincoln Fan

While the Blades board the bus this week for their final stretch of road games, the staff at SaskTel Centre is busy putting the final pieces in place for huge party at our annual Fan Appreciation Night presented by Merlin Ford Lincoln on Saturday, March 17th.

It's the final home game of the regular season and the finale of an intense 8-game season series with our biggest rivals, the Prince Albert Raiders. Since this year's game falls March 17th we're planning a St. Paddy's Day edition of our biggest game of the year. Fans can enjoy live Irish music from the Residuals and dance performances from the River City Irish Dancers all while gulping down some green beer!

Fan Appreciation Day wouldn't be complete without a monster 50/50! The pot starts at $50,000 but as we've seen in the past there's a good chance it could surpass $100,000!

PLUS to show our appreciation for you the fans we'll be giving away prizes every single whistle throughout the game, and there's some big ones including a barbeque from Canadian Tire, a round of golf for a foursome at the Dakota Dunes, another outing for four at the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club, a $150 gift certificate from Taverna restaurant, concert tickets from SaskTel Centre, and plenty of the new pacman Blades apparel!
