The Blades wrap up a 3 game home stand with their 2nd game of the season against the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Saskatoon is looking to extend their win streak to 5 before departing on a 10-day road trip through BC. Meanwhile, the Canes are making their 1st trip of the season to Saskatoon... it's stop number 2 on a 4-games in 5-nights trip through the East Division. Lethbridge was the latest victim of the league leading Prince Albert Raiders, so they'll look to snap a 2-game slide after suffering a 5-1 loss last night in Prince Albert. Tonight is game #24 on the season and will be the 15th against a Central Division opponent... the Blades are 9-3-2-0 vs Central division teams this season.
The last game...
Kirby Dach had a goal and 3 helpers on Saturday in a 5-3 win over the Tri-City Americans. Eric Florchuk (6,7), Josh Paterson (6), and Randen Schmidt (1) also scored while Nolan Maier made 29 saves for his 4th straight and 12th total win on the season.
For Lethbridge, Taylor Ross (12) scored the lone goal in a 5-1 loss last night in Prince Albert... Reece Klassen stopped 33/38 shots in goal.
