"Stone Cold" Austin Elliott pitched a 31-save performance Sunday in the Saskatoon Blades 2-1 victory at SaskTel Centre against the Calgary Hitmen.

The Strathmore, AB product improved his record to 15-4-1-0.

2005-born forward Rowan Calvert opened the scoring late in the first, tying his career-high of points with ten (4G, 6A) in 31 games.

19-year-old sniper Egor Sidorov potted his team-leading 29th goal of the season, giving him 42 points in 29 games. Captain Trevor Wong's assist on the goal was his 50th point (7G, 43A) of the season and leads the Blades in that department.

The Blades tie their season-high win streak at six, and remain first in the Eastern Conference with a 22-8-1-0 record.

NEXT GAME: The Blades welcome the Kamloops Blazers to SaskTel Centre for Winning Wednesday on Dec. 13th. It's exactly four years to the day since the last time the Blazers visited Saskatoon.
