Blades Can't Complete Comeback Against Warriors

UNLUCKY BREAK: The Saskatoon Bladeslost the first of back-to-back games vs the Moose Jaw Warriors 3-1 at the Moose Jaw Events Centre. Forward Egor Sidorov scored in his third straight game, the assists extending captain Aidan De La Gorgendiere and alternate captain Trevor Wong's point streaks to three. The Blades drop to 27-9-2-1 this season.

STONE COLD ELLIOTT: Rookie goalie Austin Elliott was amazing once again with 28 saves on 30 shots. The league's save-percentage leader now sports a 15-4-2-0 record.

NEXT GAME: The Blades get their rematch tomorrow night at SaskTel Centre for Heritage Night against the Warriors.

Puck drop is 7:00pm.
