
Black Hills Red Dogs Announce Changes in Front Office

Black Hills Red Dogs News Release
The Black Hills Red Dogs announced today that Head Coach / General Manager Damon Ware has been relieved of his duties with the team. The Red Dogs are currently winless on the year and are looking to make a positive change in management with over half the season still remaining.
Red Dogs' assistant Coach Dick Lemke will take over as interim Head Coach for the remaining 8 games of the season. Coach Lemke has previously had Offensive Line and Special Teams duties with the Red Dogs. He brings a deep passion for the game of football and over 42 years of coaching experience to the Red Dogs Head Coaching position.
Rapid City native Eric Bailly will take over the business operations for the team for the remainder of the season. Eric graduated from Rapid City Central High School in 1994 and since then built a strong management and sales background. "I look forward to meeting all the Red Dogs sponsors and fans in the near future. This is a great town and I feel the Red Dogs can be a very positive part of the community for years to come."
The Red Dogs will hold a special press conference at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center at noon on Friday, May 13th. Team owner Dr. George Jenter will make formal introductions to the media at that time. Red Dogs staff will be on hand for questions and interviews.
The Red Dogs are looking forward to their Sunday matinee game against state rival Sioux Falls. The Storm take on the Red Dogs in the Civic Center at 2:00pm this Sunday, May 15th.
