Waterloo Black Hawks' Players of the Week have been selected by the team's coaches and staff. Players of the Week are chosen each Monday and posted on waterlooblackhawks.com.

FishSticks Millwork Offensive Player of the Week - Blake Winiecki

The veteran forward led a late first period surge with two assists on Thursday, then scored the only goal in the second period to help the Hawks to a 7-2 victory.

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Brandon Montour

Montour was everywhere on Thursday, leading the Black Hawks with five points (one goal, four assists) and pacing Waterloo defensemen with a +2 plus/minus rating.

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - Zach Sanford

The Hawks scored three even-strength goals in Game Three against Sioux Falls, and Sanford assisted on all of them. He was also +2.

Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Tim Lappin

Lappin gave Waterloo the goals which the team needed to nail down Game Three and the series, scoring twice during the third period. His plus/minus differential tied as a team-best +3.
