Binghamton Rumble Ponies News Release

The opening game of the B-Mets three-game series with Trenton has been postponed due to weather conditions. The game has been rescheduled and will be made up as part of a doubleheader May 16 beginning at 5:05.

This is the second game between the two teams that has been rained out. The April 11 game at Trenton was postponed due to rain. No makeup date has been declared for that contest.

Binghamton still plans to start LHP Mike Antonini (1-0, 2.59) on the hill and RHP Eric Hacker (1-0, 1.59) is expected to remain Trenton's starting pitcher for Tuesday's game. The game is slated for a 6:35 first pitch and the radio broadcast on Newsradio 1290 WNBF begins at 6:20 with the Horizons Federal Credit Union Pre-Game Show.

Tomorrow is Binghamton University Student Association Night presented by Mando Books and The Belmar. Tickets are available online at, in person at the NYSEG Stadium box office (9am-5pm) and over the phone at 723-6387.
