Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack has named veteran defenseman Chris Bigras the Becker Shoes Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 16th.
The veteran Attack defender had a solid weekend, picking up an assist in London on Friday before returning home to notch a goal and an assist on Saturday in a 6-2 win over the Knights.
The Colorado Avalanche prospect has 20 points in 20 games this season and is a +2, all while playing against the oppositions top lines on a nightly basis. Last weekend against Windsor, Bigras collected his 100th career OHL point when he recorded a goal and an assist.
Bigras, along with his teammate Zach Nastasiuk will compete in Monday's Subway Super Series for Team OHL. Fans can catch the OHL/Russia game on Sportsnet beginning at 7:00pm.
