Bailey helped the Rangers earn five a possible six points in three straight weekend games extending the club's point-streak to 15-games with a 9-0-2-4 record since October 11. On Friday night, Bailey matched a career-high with a four-point performance scoring his second hat-trick of the season while adding one assist as first star of a 5-3 home win over the Plymouth Whalers. He then earned second star honours on Saturday with a goal and an assist on the road in a 5-2 victory over the Erie Otters.
