Buckaroos Jersey Auction This Saturday

When the Winterhawks honored the Portland Buckaroos on February 5, the team wore throwback Buckaroos uniforms. Now you have the chance to own a piece of history by bidding on the authentic, autographed game-worn Buckaroos jerseys worn by the Winterhawks that night.

If you come to the Winterhawks game on Saturday, February 20 against Kelowna, you can take part in the auctions to take home your favorite Winterhawks player's Buckaroo jersey.

Throughout the game there will be a silent auction, and following the game the highest bid in the silent auction will be used as a starting point in the live auction. You can bid on jerseys worn and signed by players like Nino Niederreiter, Chris Francis, Ryan Johansen and the rest of your favorites!

The Stretch Run Starts Now

The Winterhawks have just 10 games remaining in the regular season, and it's promising to be a wild finish.

Of those 10 games, seven will be against rival U.S. Division teams as the squads jockey for playoff position. Portland has three games left against the division-leading Tri-City Americans, one game left against Everett, whom they trail by a single point for third in the conference, and one game against Spokane, who is behind Portland by just one point.

At stake in these divisional games is home ice advantage in the first round, and perhaps longer (As the leader in the B.C. Division, Vancouver is second in the conference).
