July 10, 2014 - Southern League (SL1)
Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Cincinnati Reds have activated catcher Chris Berset and transferred him to Triple-A Louisville. Berset is the 10th Wahoo sent to Triple-A Louisville this season.
Berset played in 20 games with the Wahoos after his promotion from Bakersfield in early May. He threw out 40% of base stealers attempting to steal against him. He was placed on the disabled list on July 1 with a sprained wrist.
Other moves made, retro to Tuesday, July 8, include Ray Chang going back to the disabled list with a strained left oblique and Josh Fellhauer getting activated from the disabled list. Chang was activated from the same injury on July 7, but re-aggravated it during batting practice prior to the game on July 8.
Fellhauer had been on the disabled list since June 17 and is hitting .222 on the season with nine RBI with the Wahoos.
