Bembridge Traded to Greenville

(RAPID CITY, SD) - The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Arizona Coyotes, announced that Garett Bembridge has been traded to the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in exchange for future considerations.
Bembridge, a native of Melfort, Saskatchewan, heads to Greenville just two games shy of 900 in his pro career. The 6'0", 190-pound forward played in 8 games with the Rush, registering a goal and an assist for 2 points. Prior to playing professionally, Bembridge played in the WHL with the Saskatoon Blades, and was twice drafted in the NHL Draft: to the New York Rangers in 1999 (5th Rd-#137), and the Calgary Flames in 2001 (7th Rd-#207).
