Bees Playoff Tickets Go on Sale August 1st

Burlington, IA (July 25, 2011) - Tickets for Game 2 of the Bees 1st round Midwest League playoff series will go on sale August 1st, it was announced today. Game 2 will be played on Thursday, September 8th at 6:30pm at Community Field.

The Bees won 45 games in the first half of the 2011 season, a franchise record for most wins in any half. The 45 wins also clinched the West Division championship, ensuring the Bees a spot in the MWL playoffs. Game 1 of the first round will be played on the road (opponent TBD) on September 7th. Game 3, if necessary, would be played at Community Field on September 9th. At this time, only tickets to Game 2 of the first round will go on sale.

Regular Season tickets and bonus books are not valid for the playoffs. Box season ticket holders' seats will be held until August 15th. After the 15th, they will become available to the public.
